Most of our work is on modern, AI-ready websites built with Next.js. But many businesses run perfectly good sites on WordPress or Shopify, and need experienced support to keep them running well.
If that is you, we can help.
We provide ongoing technical support for businesses running WordPress or Shopify sites. This typically includes resolving issues, errors and broken pages; plugin and theme updates with proper testing; performance improvements and speed optimisation; security audits, hardening and clean-up after attacks; adding new features, pages or sections; migrations from outdated themes or hosts; accessibility and compliance work; and honest advice on when to upgrade and when to leave well alone.
We do not believe in selling you services you do not need. If your site is fundamentally working, we tell you. If it has problems we can fix, we explain them clearly and quote a fair price.
For ongoing support, most clients work with us on a retainer arrangement. For one-off jobs, we quote per project.
There are situations where the honest answer is that supporting your current site is not the best use of your money. If your site is on an old theme that does not get updates, if it is constantly being hacked, or if it is too slow to fix without major surgery, we will tell you. In those cases we may suggest a rebuild on a more modern, AI-ready platform. We will never push you toward a rebuild you do not need. But we will not pretend an old site is fine when it is not.
