Town council websites must serve residents, visitors, councillors, and local businesses while publishing large volumes of statutory content. Many councils needed a complete visual rebrand, clearer navigation, better accessibility compliance, and a platform that would scale over time.
What we did
We delivered bespoke WordPress websites built from the ground up for councils including Langport, Castle Cary, Hungerford and Shaftesbury. For Shaftesbury, we are now developing a next-generation AI-powered solution with an intelligent chatbot that learns from council content and relevant internet sources, providing faster access to answers without searching large menus.
