The challenge
Town council websites must serve residents, visitors, councillors, and local businesses while publishing large volumes of statutory content. Many councils needed a complete visual rebrand, clearer navigation, better accessibility compliance, and a platform that would scale over time.
What we did
We delivered bespoke websites for councils including Langport, Castle Cary, Hungerford and Shaftesbury. For Shaftesbury, we are now developing a next-generation AI-powered solution with an intelligent chatbot that learns from council content and relevant internet sources, providing faster access to answers without searching large menus.
