Your AI Personal Assistant

Most AI training is aimed at work. This one is not. It is about the pile of admin that comes with running a household, and how to hand a good chunk of it to an assistant that does not get tired.

Book 16 October, £20 + VATAll dates

1 hour, 11:30am to 12:30pm · Max 12 people

Who it is for

  • Your inbox is full of school letters, clubs, reminders and forms
  • You keep the family calendar in your head and it is getting crowded
  • You have heard AI can help but every example you have seen is about work
  • You do not want to learn software, you want the admin to take less time
  • You would rather ask someone than read a guide

What you leave with

  • An assistant set up with your household, not a generic chatbot
  • Turning a long school email into the three dates you actually need
  • Getting things into your calendar without typing them twice
  • Drafting the replies, forms and letters you keep putting off
  • Meal plans, lists and the weekly shop, done once and reused
  • What not to put into an AI tool, in plain terms

How the session runs

  1. 01

Setting it up as yours 10 min

Five minutes of setup makes the difference between a generic chatbot and something that knows your family, your week and how you like to be spoken to.

  2. 02

The inbox and the calendar 20 min

Long school emails into the dates that matter. Letters into reminders. Appointments into the calendar without retyping them. This is the part that gives you an evening back.

  3. 03

The rest of the admin 20 min

Forms, letters you keep putting off, meal plans, lists, holiday research, the awkward reply. We do real examples from the room.

  4. 04

Staying safe, and your questions 10 min

What not to paste in, in plain terms, and whatever you want to ask.

Included

  • A one-hour session, no laptop needed, a phone is fine
  • A setup you keep and can use that evening
  • Prompts written out so you are not relying on memory
  • Tea, coffee and somewhere to ask the daft question

This started as a conversation at a school gate about how much of the week disappears into admin nobody chose. It is a session for anyone carrying that load: parents, grandparents, carers, anyone whose evenings go on forms and reminders.

Why this is separate from the business sessions

The business workshops are about work: marketing, customers, getting found. This hour is about your own life, and the examples are different ones. You do not need a business, a laptop or any experience with AI. A phone and your actual inbox are enough.

What people take away

  • The school email that becomes three calendar entries in ten seconds
  • A reply drafted in your own words rather than a template
  • A weekly plan you can reuse rather than rebuild
  • A clear line about what should never go into an AI tool

Questions people ask

Do I need a laptop?

No. A phone is fine, and most people find it more useful because that is where the school emails and the calendar already are. Bring a laptop if you prefer typing.

Do I need to run a business to come?

Not at all. This session is deliberately about personal and household admin rather than work. The business workshops on the same day are separate and you can come to one, two or all three.

Is this just for mums?

No. It started as a conversation with parents at the school gate, but the admin it covers lands on anyone: dads, grandparents, carers, anyone who keeps a household running. Everyone is welcome.

Which AI tool do you use?

Mostly Claude, with ChatGPT where it does the job better. Both have free versions that are enough for everything in this session, so you do not have to pay for anything to use what you learn.

What does it cost?

£20 plus VAT for the hour. If you are also coming to the morning business workshop or the afternoon website build, each is booked separately.

Is my family's information safe?

We spend the last ten minutes on exactly this. The short version is that you can get almost all of the benefit without ever pasting in anything sensitive, and we show you where the line sits.

Private session, or a question first?

Teams and one-to-ones both work. Tell us what you are after and we will sort out a date and a price.

We only use your details to reply. See the privacy policy.
