AutiPocket Case Study

Overview

AutiPocket is a free workplace support app for neurodivergent employees, co-founded by Rosie Weldon. The app provides practical, accessible support designed from lived experience, including 1-to-1 helper chat, structured community features, and calming mini games.

The company needed a website that could match the quality and care of their product. They came to us to rebuild their site from a slow, basic self-built WordPress installation into something fast, secure, and capable of selling the app effectively.

The Challenge

AutiPocket had a self-built WordPress site that was limiting them. It was slow, lacked brand coherence, and did not do justice to the quality of their product or the mission behind it. The site could not be updated easily, and it was not positioned to convert visitors into users or inquiries.

For a startup like this, a slow website and weak brand presence directly impact user acquisition and credibility. Every second of load time matters. Every visual detail shapes perception.

Our Approach

We partnered with Wunderdog, a brilliant creative agency, who delivered exceptional work on content strategy and visual design. Together, we built a modern, fast website using a headless architecture with Next.js and Sanity CMS, deployed on Vercel.

This is a fundamentally different approach to WordPress. Instead of a monolithic system tied to templates and plugins, we created a dedicated CMS that lets the AutiPocket team change anything on the site themselves. No WordPress. No plugins. No bloat.
