Everyone tells you AI is going to change your business. Very few people show you what that actually looks like day to day. So here are three real examples of Claude working in a small business right now, the sort of thing you could set up too.

1. A morning email and calendar dashboard

Give Claude access to your Gmail and Google Calendar and it can build you a live dashboard twice a day, at 8am and again at 2pm.

It ranks your emails by urgency, including the ones that will quietly cost you money if you do not reply, checks whether each one has a matching meeting in your diary, and spots meetings you have agreed to by email but never actually put in the calendar.

It is like having a personal assistant read your inbox before you do, then hand you a short, ranked list of what genuinely needs you.

2. A proper conversation with your Google Analytics

Export a CSV from Google Analytics and Google Search Console, upload it to Claude, and then simply talk to your own data.

Where is my traffic coming from? What do people do when they land on the site? How many turn into leads? Which search terms am I actually ranking for? You ask in plain English and you get plain English back.

Add your own website and a few competitor sites, plus ranking data from a tool like DataForSEO, and it becomes a forward-looking marketing plan: the weak content to improve, the press coverage you are missing, the Google reviews worth chasing, and the gaps to fill.

3. A timesheet app that saved six hours a week

One company with 30 staff was writing their hours on paper for an admin to retype into a spreadsheet. They had tried building something themselves with tools like Lovable and Replit and got stuck.

We built them a simple web app with private logins for time, clients, mileage, holiday and sickness. No more paper, no more retyping.

The result: six hours of admin saved every single week.

Want this set up in your business?

None of these are clever demos. They are ordinary jobs, done faster, by tools that are genuinely good now.
